What is the OSF Academy?
OSF has been working with 10 OSF participants since 2022 to develop the OSF Academy. The goal of the Academy is to train companies and their employees in the sports and events industry and share knowledge between OSF participants. A low-threshold platform has been created for this purpose, so that employees in the industry are encouraged to continuously develop in a positive way.
OSF works together with currently 10 partners for this purpose, within the framework of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment’s SLIM scheme. The partnership aims to establish an OSF Academy for companies and their employees in the sports and events industry. This industry is developing rapidly in recent years and this demands a lot from employees. The characteristic developments in this industry are scaling up, professionalization, internationalization and digitalization.
The initiative enables learning and development for a large group of employees in the industry at various SMEs and fits well with the principle of Lifelong Learning. The OSF Academy is a multi-year project, in which more and more content in the field of learning and development will become available in the coming years.
