Orange Sports Forum will organize a trade mission to Doha, Qatar from 25 – 28 March as part of a multi-year cooperation between 15 Dutch (sports related) companies, organizations and governments to position themselves in the sports market in Qatar over the next three years. The mission focuses on the themes ‘Sports innovations’ and ‘Sport & Vitality’.
In Qatar three major sporting events will take place in the next five years: the World Championships Athletics 2019, the FIFA World Cup 2022 and the FINA Swimming World Championships 2023. The goal is to create a sustainable position of Dutch knowledge, skills, products and services in the field of ‘Sports innovations’ and ‘Sport & Vitality’ in the run-up to these sports events and to cooperate with local partners to create an added value to Qatar’s ambitions related to sports and vitality.
